This week's big accomplishment as it relates to the pandemic is that<strong> I was able to bring my father for his 2nd vaccine shot</strong>. He took it all in stride and had no issues, and<strong> the place we went to was very well organized, uncrowded and super friendly.</strong> I'd like to go there for my own vaccine, if possible. <STRONG> Otherwise, I'm operating pretty much by routines</strong> for work, exercise, diet and so on.
