How is the coronavirus pandemic affecting your life right now? Tell us about your experiences, feelings, and thoughts.

It’s official: 72% of adults in this state have been vaccinated. You still have to wear masks on public transportation, in medical facilities, and in stores where the proprietors ask you to, but nowhere else. You can go to a restaurant; last week, we actually sat down and ate in our favorite fast-food place. Our book group met last Friday in person, not by Zoom. We could go to a professional baseball game if we wanted to (we don’t). There’s a new movie I would like to see, and I can see it in a movie theater if I want. There will be fireworks downtown on the Fourth of July. I feel as though I fell asleep last March and just woke up. The last 14 months were just a dream.
