Are you doing anything artistic or creative these days that you weren’t doing before? If so, talk about it.

<strong>I make lots of paper cranes.</strong> I made a lot of them before the pandemic to hang up this paper crane rainbow waterfall, but <strong>now more than ever I rely on folding the cranes to refocus myself, to relax, process, and feel out my own feelings with every fold. </strong>I hope yo make more seeing as my workspace at home is full of sticky notes which helps me stay mindful in getting work done and taking care of myself. I also made a few paper crane gowns since I have so many paper cranes.
