Many of us have experienced restrictions on movement and social contact during the pandemic. Talk about any restrictions that have especially affected you.

<strong> Here is a list of restrictions, many of them self-imposed:</strong> - Inability to travel to see my parents in Florida - Not going into my office - Not meeting with my friends in person (many of them have left Ithaca) - Wearing KN95 masks, which are uncomfortable - Having to wear a mask and turn on my air purifiers when I turn on the forced air heating system in my apartment
