Many of us have experienced restrictions on movement and social contact during the pandemic. Talk about any restrictions that have especially affected you.

Over the quarantine, <strong>one of the most challenging aspects was not seeing my mother while she was sick with the virus.</strong> I wanted to care for her and be by her side, but knowing that is the last thing to do with an infectious virus to spread it even more. I was restricted from helping and being with one of the people I loved most, and I could then see the fragility of life and the importance of spending meaningful time with your loved ones. Each hour and day she was sick, I wished to help her and talk to her. But with the circumstances, time is the only constant.
