<strong> I believe keeping this journal was very helpful to my mental health because I was forcing myself to put into words and pictures what I was feeling and experiencing.</strong> There was so much information and disinformation on the pandemic that it was overwhelming.<strong> A greater sense of control</strong> was present when addressing my worries and feelings than if I didn't think them through and write them in a logical format. The act of recording answers to specific questions<strong> made me more aware of the situation and how I reacted to it.</strong>
