We’re seeing dramatic differences in rates of COVID infection, illness, and death in different places. What do you think about these differences?

We have<strong> so much vaccine</strong> in this country, and so may<strong> people who have no interest in getting the shots. My sister is one</strong> of them. The people on India want to get vaccinated. So,<strong> why are we not send them our surplus?</strong>
